Valentines

I had such a great weekend. It was pretty busy. First I went to Talize with Jen and Katrina. I got some great deals. Then Jen and I had a buffet at Huron House. Nice home cooked meal.

Abe and I then had our first Valentine's day together as a married couple. I know it's not until wednesday but we're way too tired to do stuff during the week. We went tubing at Boler mountain. Such a blast. After that we stopped at the Covent Garden Market for some yummy hot drinks and to check out the amazing ice sculpture of the coral reef. It was pretty spectacular. Then it was off to Applebee's for some delicious food. I love that place.

This morning we actually went to church, which doesn't happen very often. We then went to Aylmer where we had a spontaneous family gathering. Ali and Kali are getting so big.

Back to work tomorrow. I'm pretty excited, I'm finally getting a permenant co-worker.

Freezing

I don't know about you but I'm not liking this -32 crap. I just can't get warm.

I went to Mt.Forest this weekend. The weather was awful. Lot's of roads were closed but we still made it home okay. Mom and Dad you picked a good week to go to Mexico.

I saw Belanna and Cayman this weekend. I can't believe how big Cayman got. He's a heavy little guy.

Off to MOFO

That's right I'm off to Mt.forest this weekend. First i'm going to see Oma in Fergus. Yep, she's in the hospital again. Then I think I'm going to Fergus Burger, apparently they reopened.

Then of to mofo. I have to spend some time with Zues since Mom and Dad are in Mexico. I can't wait to see Cayman and Belanna. It's been awhile, I'm sure they're growing like weeds. Oh and of course Jason and Tammy, can't wait to see you guys too.

And if I'm lucky, I might just see Cassie too.

My Pets

Brody is my black and white cat. He's likes doritos and escaping. I got him about 3 1/2 years ago from Vanessa (my sister's friend). Everyone falls in love with Brody the second they meet him. Oh ya, and he's gay. Vanessa sent me that cute little picture of Brody as a kitten. I love it cuz I never knew him as a kitten.
Hunter is the princess cat. She likes to be pet ALL THE TIME. She's very lazy and fat. She's also quite smart. She's always the first to tell me when they're out of food. I got her from Lea (My uncle's fiance). Jessy and Rebecca were taking care of her while she went to BC to live and they didn't want her anymore. I know I'm such a sucker. I've had her for 2 years now.
Then there's Zues. A small but mighty Shih Tzu. He actually lives with my parents. We got him about 9 or 10 years ago. Wow, time goes fast. Everyone is afraid of him but to him family he is the sweetest but most spoiled dog ever. I love the cute little guy. I think even Abe and Zues have grow to love each other. Oh ya and my parents cater to him more than they did to their own children. ex. Dad- "Aww, Mom didn't save Zues any hamburger, I'll have to go cook him a steak."

Anyways, those are my pets in a nutshell. I've had fish but lets not go there again.

Update

So I havn't wrote on here in an awful long time. Not too much is new. This year has been great so far. I visited Kate for her birthday, I can't believe she's already 7 years old.

We went to Buffalo last weekend for Rock star supernova. It was excellent but I must say Buffalo is a lame city. Tomorrow I'm going to the 100 Languages exhibit in Toronto. For those of you who don't know what i'm talking about; it's an ECE thing.

There's been so many babies enter this world in my family the passed little bit. First Cayman, then Kali, then my cousin Crysten had a boy named Lucas. And just the other day my cousin Jody had a boy named Gaje. It's so exciting. Rebecca & Jesse are having one in a couple of months too.

So work is good. I'm getting a permenant co-worker. Her name is Martha. I'm so excited. She's really nice. We went to college together so I already know her too. I love the job so much. Being with Kindergarten's is so great. And I must say, I love that huge pay raise too.

Happy 2007

2007 is the year of relaxation and fun. Last year was so busy with all the weddings and stuff that this year I've decided to do nothing but relax and have fun. I almost feel relieved that 2006 is over.

We had a few people over for new year's. It was good. We had some drinks, played trivial pursuit, and of course a bit of poker.

Christmas 2006

Christmas was lots of fun. It was so nice seeing everyone that I hardly ever see anymore. And all the new babies are so darn cute.
